Upskilling For Change is a Community Interest Company. That means we’re a company, and need to be financially sustainable (see here for a breakdown of our running costs) but we’re not all about making a profit! There are a few different ways you can become a member:

For educators who don’t have the means to pay a monthly contribution, there are options to join for free. Just send us an email at info@upskillingforchange.com.
If you can pay, we ask you to pay what you can. To make this easier, we have 3 different options for membership fees.
Your membership will be the same, however much you pay. We don’t have ‘elite’ levels of membership! Either you’re a member, or you’re not, and if you are, you’re in all the way! Please just choose the option which feels most affordable for you. You can change your subscription at any time.

We asked our existing community members what they thought would be a fair and affordable monthly contribution for the value they receive from the community.
​
Their average answer was £19.50 per month.
At Upskilling For Change we reject outdated ideas of top-down structures, live-to-work mindsets and capitalist thinking. We’re doing things differently, and waiting for the rest of the English-language teaching profession to catch up!
